This was a web App for technical service management. The real challenge for this type of interface is to get the best User Experience. There are many similar tools in the market, so the differentiation comes through the precision and agility using the interface, either desktop or mobile.
In this particular case we opt for a look & feel that maintains the corporate consistency and at the same time gives the spotlight to the functionality and the power of the tool.
The sections of the main menu are simplified to the maximum and the direct editing mode is allowed on the proper elements of the interface.
To manage the technical assistance schedules and dates, dragging, dropping and altering sizes of the interface elements has been facilitated.
